Attend as a Participant
The Human Algorithm brings decision-makers and practitioners into one room — government officials shaping AI policy, researchers advancing safety and governance work, technology leaders deploying AI at scale, and civil society holding the system accountable. If your work intersects with AI governance in Nigeria or Africa, this is where you need to be.
Who should apply
Government officials, researchers, technologists, civil society practitioners, academic institutions, and international partners with a demonstrable interest in AI governance or safety.

Apply to Speak
We’re looking for speakers across all five thematic tracks — Rights, Remedies & Redress; Gender & Inclusion in AI; Nigeria’s AI Policy Pipeline; AI Safety Research in Africa; and Africa & Global AI Governance. If you have research, policy work, or field experience that deepens this conversation, we want to hear from you.
What we’ll ask for
Proposed topic, track alignment, a short bio, and an abstract of your session.
